Company Profile

A premium Business Consulting Service established in 1978 by
Jeff L. Shear and Al Kershman. The two individuals decided their expertise as top executives in an established contract pharmaceutical manufacturer could be best utilized in assisting other companies in various areas. Prior to establishing the Internet Presence, the company has never advertised or solicited business.  Clients have relied on us for years for our efficiency in time crunch and for strict adherence to the needs for security.

Today the staff includes seasoned veterans of the corporate battlefield with diverse educational backgrounds including: Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Design Engineers and MBA's.   

Harold Cole, heads up Research & Development of our Pharmaceuticals operations and has over 30 years experience in manufacturing and processing for major Pharmaceutical companies with advanced skills in and knowledge in sustained release processing.  These applications are highly desirable in both Human and Animal health care related products.


The ultimate goal of our company is to provide clients the opportunity for maximum confidentiality by providing complete turnkey solutions to product and process innovations.
